6 Year Warranty

PERMAFINISH CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC does warrant to the owner of any vehicle to which the protection and restoration protection and restoration process known as PERMAFINISH has been applied that said protected or restored finish shall retain its luster for a period of not less than six years following application by an authorized PERMAFINISH dealer.  This warranty only applies to the original factory applied paint for the loss of luster or fading, which could be attributed to natural exposure to weather, water, and normal aging processes.  This warranty does not apply to repainted panels, or damage resulting from vandalism, road hazards, washing scrates, abuse, collision or other forces, which could cause damage to the finish beyond that of normal exposure to the elements.  This warrant is transferable by notifying PERMAFINISH CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC in writing.  All warranty claims must be inspected at the authorized PERMAFINISH dealer where the process was performed.  The liability imposed by this warranty shall be limited to the duty by PERMAFINISH CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC authorize the re-application of the process or to refund the entire price and is in lieu of all other warranties, written or implied.
